Sour frumenty

INGREDIENTS: (FOR 6 PORTIONS)

  • 500 gr. sour frumenty
  • 250 gr. yogurt
  • 1 spoon of butter
  • small pieces of white cheese or Gruyere
  • salt

 

EXECUTION:

Boil salt and water in a casserole. Add the frumenty. At the end, before the mixture gets congealed, add the yogurt and the butter and mix them all. Serve and dress the dish with the white cheese or the Gruyere

CONSUME IT: As the first dish of the breakfast
