Roast lamb with pasta and tomatoes

INGREDIENTS: (FOR 6 PORTIONS)

  • 500 gr.noodle
  • 1 kilo lamb sliced in small portions
  • 1 kilo cubed tomatoes
  • 1 glass tomato juice
  • 1 glass of wine pure virgin olive oil
  • 4 medium dry sliced onions
  • trimmed cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

 

EXECUTION:

Turn the oven on. Roast in slow fire the olive with the meat and the onions for about 10 minutes. Add the tomatoes, the tomato juice, and almost 2 glass of water, salt, pepper and let the meat boil. When it boils, you put the food in a big baking tray, add some more water and put it in the oven. At the time the water starts boiling well, pure the noodles, you mix it as it needs so as not to get stuck and let it boil for about 5 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the food inside it for almost 10 minutes, until it becomes mushy. Take it off the oven and serve it with trimmed cheese. Eat it warm.

HOW TO WASH THEM DOWN: Bread, white cheese, rustic salad or tomato or tomato with cucumber, green salad, red wine.
