Noodles with minced meat


  • 500 gr. noodles
  • 250gr. minced meat
  • ¼ cup of pure virgin olive oil (for the meat’s sauce)
  • 2 spoons pure virgin olive oil (for the noodles)
  • 1 medium trimmed dry onion
  • 2 cloves trimmed garlic
  • ½ a kilo cubed tomatoes
  • ½ glass of tomato juice
  • 2 spoons chopped parsley
  • trimmed hard cheese



Roast brown in a casserole the onion and the garlic with the olive oil. Add the crushed meat and roast it well.

Put the tomatoes, the tomato juice, the salt and the pepper. Mix them, close the casserole and boil slowly the sauce for about 1 hour.

Finally add the parsley. In another casserole, boil the water, the salt and 2 spoons pure virgin olive oil.

Add the noodles and let them boil with half closed the casserole for about 5 minutes.

Strain them and serve them with a lot of sauce of crushed meat and trimmed hard cheese.
